The Lee’s Summit Optimist Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:30 AM. Breakfast is provided for guests on behalf of the members.
Club members also gather for one evening social per month that rotates locations throughout our community. These are typically scheduled for the last Thursday of each month at 6 PM. Details with locations and RSVPs are managed through calendar invitations.
Club members have opportunities to volunteer with additional organizations throughout the community.
Club members have numerous opportunities to volunteer for activities that help students.
Visitors are welcome!
Our club’s morning meetings are held at the EAA Chapter 91 Hanger located off Douglas Street on the west side of Lee’s Summit Airport.
